Operative words
the State of Emergency for the State of Vermont shall be extended through midnight on Sunday, November 15, 2020... The Amended and Restated Executive Order issued June 5, 2020, and all Addenda and Directives issued thereunder, shall continue in full force and effect until midnight on November 15, 2020.
