Commissioner's authority (Ala. Code § 14-1-8); Administrative Regulation 303
Notes
Alabama's work-release program supplies labor to private employers statewide; the 30-day suspension of offsite assignments reached every one of them. The intake moratorium is expressly 'based on Governor Ivey's declared State of Emergency.'
