IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above referenced casino is authorized to be open to invited guests as of 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020 and subsequently open to the public on Sunday, July 26, 2020 as of 6:00 a.m., provided, subject to N.J.S.A. 5:12-75, that they comply, and remain in compliance, with Executive Order Nos. 157 and 158 (2020), as well as any subsequent Orders issued by the Governor, the State Director of the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management, or the Division and the aforementioned re-opening protocols.
