hereby ORDER [and DIRECT]... 2. This Executive Directive hereby supersedes Executive Directive No. 20-022, ['Standards for Pools and Aquatic Recreation Facilities] Pursuant to Executive Order No. 153.' 3. Facilities covered by this Executive Directive shall comply with the attached [standards]... Aquatic Recreation Facilities (ARF), as defined at N.J.A.C. 8:26-1.3, which includes water parks, must [also comply with the Department's standards for] Recreation Activities issued pursuant to Executive Order No. 181 in addition to these standards. Aquatic Recreation Facilities must comply with the indoor capacity requirements outlined in Executive Orders.
