hereby ORDER and DIRECT the following:... ii. Ambulatory Surgical Centers are Eligible to Resume Elective Surgeries and [Invasive Procedures subject to the following]... i. The physical layout and flow of care delivery areas must be configured so [as to permit distancing]... iv. COVID-19 PPE policies and procedures shall be in place for healthcare [personnel]... Available testing must be utilized as needed to ensure [safety]... Ambulatory surgical centers shall not perform procedures on COVID-19 positive patients.
