Light Rail - on weekdays (Monday - Friday) Light Rail will operate on a Saturday schedule... Metro Subway... will operate on a Saturday schedule... MARC Train - will begin operating on a 'R' schedule on all three lines effective Tuesday, March 17... Mobility - paratransit service will continue to book and provide medical trips... All other trips are canceled until further notice... Transit Store - State office buildings have been closed to the public. As a result, the Transit Store located at 6 St. Paul Street in Baltimore will be closed beginning Monday, March 16.
Enforcement
Operating rule of the carrier (boarding and fare-validation practice; trip cancellations); no penalty clause; the underlying State office-building closure is a gubernatorial direction
Notes
Earliest instrument in the Maryland transit series; the reductions it announces continued in one form or another on MARC and Commuter Bus into July 2021 (Ex. 005). Service announcement of a State agency; graded context. The rear-door-boarding rule and the paratransit trip cancellations are binding operating rules on riders.
