Operative words
VALIDITY. This Executive Order shall enter into force on March 31, 2020 and shall remain in force until April 12, 2020 and/or until [further order]... [recital:] on March 15, 2020... I signed Administrative Bulletin No. 2020-23... to facilitate the necessary closures both in the government and in the private sector... Said order was in effect until March 30, 2020.
