Operative words

LOCKDOWN. A lockdown remains in effect in Puerto Rico. [Citizens may leave] their shelter between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EXCLUSIVELY [for enumerated purposes]... beaches, beach resorts, gyms, among others, shall remain closed... THE HOSTING OF RELIGIOUS EVENTS ELECTRONICALLY... [movie] theaters, clubs, concert halls, theaters, gaming halls, casinos, theme parks, gyms, bars, and any other similar establishment [remain closed]... These institutions shall not offer in-[person classes]... Employers must identify the necessary personnel [and equipment] necessary for telework

Enforcement

Act 20-2017: imprisonment not to exceed six months or fine up to $5,000 or both; PROSHA and DACO fines

Notes

Extends the lockdown to May 25 and begins the phased reopening of listed sectors (retailers, restaurants take-out, barbershops by appointment, construction and manufacturing with protocols) while keeping beaches, gyms, bars, theaters and casinos closed; religious services electronic; schools remote
