Operative words
[the curfew] from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday thru Sunday, is hereby [extended]... a. Outdoor Restaurants or Cafes and Cafeterias: dining [permitted so] long as they remain below thirty percent (30%) of the [maximum capacity]... establishments licensed to operate exclusively as bars, cafes licensed to sell alcohol, as well as sport bars [shall remain closed]... 17. Enclosed shopping malls... must ensure not to exceed thirty percent (30%) of the maximum occupancy... Section 35: VALIDITY. This Executive Order shall enter into force on November 16, 2020 and shall remain in force until December 11, [2020]
