Operative words
Section 3: [businesses shall close between] the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Section 4: INDIVIDUAL PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. In accordance with Administrative Orders 508 and 512 issued by the Department of Health, all persons are ordered to comply with the mandatory usage of face masks in all indoor spaces. The use of face masks is further ordered in outdoor spaces where fifty (50) or more people are gathered... VALIDITY. This Executive Order shall enter into force on September 2, 2021, and shall remain in force until September 23, 2021
Enforcement
"Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this Order shall be subject to criminal prosecution" (Act 20-2017); Section 11 PRECEDENCE over municipal measures (Act 107-2020 art. 1.018)
