SECTION 1. Effective April 23, 2021, the Twenty-First Supplemental Executive Order [is amended:] A. [Beaches: the beach curfew is removed;] no camping, no bonfire, no [cooking], no barbecuing, or grilling allowed on any beach... B. In Section 6. B. Restaurants... C. In Section 6. C.
