Operative words
The South Carolina State Ports Authority ('SCPA'), as part of its business continuity planning, is implementing a Pandemic Management Plan. While the various entities that comprise the Port of Charleston work independently of each other, the effects on the various organizations in the event of an uncontrolled pandemic [are shared. In the event an employee or] Terminal User, should test positive for an infectious disease such as Covid-19, this plan will identify the steps to [be taken].
