Operative words

Under AS 26.23.020(c), the Alaska State Legislature extends to November 15, 2020, the declaration of a public health disaster emergency issued by the governor on March 11, 2020. (sec. 2(a))... it is in the best interest of the state to extend the public health disaster emergency declaration issued by the governor on March 11, 2020, and all the powers granted under AS 18.15.390 and AS 26.23.020, to November 15, 2020. (sec. 1)
