Operative words
visitation by the general public shall be suspended for the following state institutions beginning March 14, 2020 at 12:01am:... Department of Corrections (DOC) Facilities; Division of Juvenile Justice Facilities; Alaska Military Youth Academy; Alaska Psychiatric Institute; Limited Visitation: Alaska Pioneer Homes... All scheduled public school days between Monday, March 16, 2020 and March 30, 2020 will be non-student contact days in which students will not be attending school. All after school activities will be suspended during this time.
