Operative words
The current disaster declaration expired on February 14, 2021, at 12:00 a.m.... I direct the following: 1. All Commissioners and state employees must continue to operate in a manner that prioritizes the health and safety of the citizens of Alaska. 2. All State departments, agencies, or instrumentalities must continue to operate with the same guidance and direction that has previously been provided in order to respond to the effects of COVID-19. 3. All mitigation efforts for the health and safety of State employees remain in effect.
