Operative words

'This activation was requested by the Crisis Care Committee so our health care providers could continue to provide the best medical care possible for Alaskans under good faith immunity' (Commissioner Crum). Activation under Addendum No. 1 to the Public Health Emergency Order provides a decision-making framework for conventional, contingency and crisis standards of care and liability protection under HB 76.
