Operative words

I hereby extend the emergency initially proclaimed on March 13, 2020, by an additional sixty days from January 7, 2021, until March 8, 2021.... The law-enforcing authorities of the state shall enforce that order as any other order, rule, or regulation promulgated by the Governor under that Act, see id. § 31-9-14, and the penalty for violating it shall be a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment in the county jail
