Operative words
12-75-107(b)(2)(B) A statewide state of disaster emergency related to public health under subsection (g) of this section shall not continue for longer than sixty (60) days unless renewed by the Governor, so long as the Legislative Council does not vote to deny the request for renewal.... (g)(3)(B) If the Governor desires to renew a statewide state of disaster emergency related to public health, he or she shall submit a written statement to the Legislative Council at least ten (10) days prior to the date on which the statewide state of disaster emergency related to public health will expire
