Operative words

On March 20, 2020, the Secretary of Health, in consultation with the Governor, issued a directive that bars should cease dine-in operations in the state.... Service at bars resumed on May 26, 2020; seating may now increase to up to 66% of total seating capacity.... Seating at the bar shall maintain six feet of physical distancing between individuals.... All staff who come in contact with patrons must wear a face covering or mask... Patrons must wear a face covering while in the establishment when physical distancing of 6 feet cannot be ensured.
