Operative words
'(a) Scope. (1) This section applies to all employees and places of employment, with the following exceptions...' '(c) Written COVID-19 Prevention Program. Employers shall establish, implement, and maintain an effective, written COVID-19 Prevention Program...' Face coverings required indoors for employees who are not fully vaccinated (c)(6); COVID-19 cases and unvaccinated close contacts excluded from the workplace with pay (c)(9)-(10); 'Make COVID-19 testing available at no cost, during paid time, to all employees of the employer who had a close contact in the workplace'; outbreak rules (3205.1, 3205.2); housing and transportation (3205.3, 3205.4).
