Operative words
Effective at 8 p.m. on March 19, 2020 and through April 30, 2020, unless earlier modified, extended, or terminated by me, all indoor common areas of Large Shopping Malls shall be closed to the public.... all places of public amusement, whether indoors or outdoors, including but not limited to, locations with amusement rides, carnivals, amusement parks, water parks, aquariums, zoos, arcades, fairs, funplexes, theme parks, bowling alleys, and other family and children's amusement attractions shall be closed to the public. This directive shall not apply to public parks and open recreation areas.
