Operative words
The public health and civil preparedness emergencies declared by the Honorable Governor Ned Lamont on March 10, 2020, and declared and renewed by him on September 1, 2020, and January 26, 2021, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with the provisions of sections 19a-131a and 28-9 of the general statutes, are hereby ratified.... the Governor is hereby authorized to renew said public health and civil preparedness emergency declarations through May 20, 2021.
