Operative words

pursuant to Sections 19a-131a and 28-9 of the General Statutes, as well as Special Act 21-5, I am renewing the existing public health emergency and civil preparedness emergencies throughout the state. These renewed states of emergency shall run concurrently and remain in effect through September 30, 2021, unless earlier terminated by me.... Pursuant to Special Act 21-5, I have issued a call to convene the General Assembly on July 14 to consider and approve such renewal.
