Operative words

Gyms, sports clubs, and fitness centers that do not provide organized sports shall operate at 50% capacity.... Locker rooms shall not exceed 50% capacity and patrons shall not mingle or congregate.... SPORTS GUIDANCE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 19, 2021... Youth athletic events shall not exceed 25% capacity, capped at 200 spectators.
