Operative words
the public health emergency declared by Mayor's Order 2020-046, dated March 11, 2020, and most recently extended by Mayor's Order 2021-069, dated May 17, 2021, shall terminate at 12:01 a.m. on July 25, 2021.... The COVID-19 public emergency declared by Mayor's Order 2020-045, dated March 11, 2020, is hereby extended until October 8, 2021.... the City Administrator, in consultation with the directors of the Department of Health and [HSEMA], remain authorized to implement any measures as may be necessary or appropriate to protect persons and property in the District of Columbia from the impacts of COVID-19... including... Maintaining, as needed, sites for isolation and quarantine... Continuing to issue guidance to agencies, businesses, and organizations to aid them in maintaining safe operations.
