Operative words

The COVID-19 public emergency declared by Mayor's Order 2020-045, dated March 11, 2020, is hereby extended until January 7, 2022.... The District's vaccination campaign - including incentives and vaccination requirements for certain sectors, such as District employees, health care licensees, and those working regularly in schools or child care facilities - has helped maintain higher-than-average vaccination rates... Continuing to issue guidance, including binding rules, to agencies, businesses, and organizations to aid them in maintaining safe operations.

Enforcement

D.C. Official Code 7-2304(b)

Notes

Post-period instrument included because it (a) shows the public emergency did not lapse at Sept. 30, 2021 and (b) recites the District's vaccination requirements for 'District employees, health care licensees, and those working regularly in schools or child care facilities' as measures in force
