Operative words
'Section N is hereby modified, effective Friday, February 19, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.' § N.2: 'Indoor gatherings or events at any business or indoor space open to the public of up to the lesser of fifty percent (50%) stated fire occupancy or... twenty-[five (25) people]... and private indoor gatherings or events of up to ten (10) persons'; § N.2.c: facilities 'may apply to host a large indoor gathering or event of up to one hundred fifty (150) people by submitting a [plan]'; 'the total number of [participants] in an establishment at any one time shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of that facility's [fire occupancy]' for exercise classes with 'All individuals must wear face coverings.'
