'Sections L and O [are] hereby modified, effective Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 12:30 [p.m.]'. § O.4: 'All athletes playing indoors must wear face coverings at all times, unless rule changes or face covering modifications approved by DPH are in place'; 'Coaches and all staff must wear a face covering at all times'; 'Spectators and others must wear a face covering at all times while indoors.' § L: 'As of April 1, 2021, quarantine is no longer recommended for [fully vaccinated] residents.'
