What it required
The generally applicable workplace safety rules every operating business 'must immediately adopt and maintain' under Order No. 33 s. 2 (face coverings for all employees; six-foot distancing; hand-washing and sanitizer; regular disinfection of high-touch areas; training; exclusion of symptomatic workers; a written COVID-19 control plan; posted attestation) and the sector-specific standards (offices, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, construction, personal services, fitness, lodging, worship and others) that set capacity and operating conditions by phase.
