Operative words

(A) Whoever violates section 3709.20, 3709.21, or 3709.22 of the Revised Code or any order or regulation of the board of health of a city or general health district adopted in pursuance of those sections... shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.

Fine of up to $100 or imprisonment of up to ninety days, or both; no imprisonment for a first offense

What it required

Fixed the penalty for violating a city or general health district board's public-health order or regulation, and in division (B) suspended the ordinary twenty-day notice-and-cure period before prosecution 'in case of an emergency endangering the public health caused by an epidemic, an infectious or a communicable disease.'
