Retrieval noteThe page is the ACCD 'Work Safe Guidance' that Amended and Restated EO 01-20 sec. 9(b) incorporated ('shall only operate in accordance with... ACCD Work Safe Guidance') and that Addendum 2 of July 24, 2020 (Ex. VT-027) named as 'Phased Restart Work Safe Guidance issued by the Secretary of the Agency of Commerce and Community Development'. Its verbs are mandatory throughout the requirements section ('is required of all businesses', 'MANDATORY', 'must follow', 'shall not report', 'must observe', 'must wear', 'must have', 'must be cleaned', 'shall complete a health survey', 'must be posted', 'shall occupy', 'are required to quarantine', 'shall designate', 'shall encourage and facilitate telework', 'must complete, and employers must document', 'must complete and keep on file'); the sector sections add 'Remote work is required whenever possible' and 'Operators must maintain a log of customers and their contact information for 30 days'. One recommendation appears in the operations section, recorded as such: 'Face-to-face staff meetings should be limited', followed by 'physical distancing must be observed'. The page also restates the August 1, 2020 mask requirement and the cross-State travel quarantine (400 active cases per million; 14-day or 7-day-plus-test quarantine). The text layer is complete.
