Retrieval note

Current text rendered September 29, 2026. The only amendment since the period is 2021, No. 105 (Adj. Sess.), sec. 373 (eff. July 1, 2022), one of several hundred sections of that session's technical corrections act; 40 ('shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 for each violation. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate violation'; Attorney General may seek injunctive relief), from its October 20, 2020 archived text (Ex. VT-103); the Attorney General's suit against Club Fitness of Vermont sought that penalty (Exs. DUT-VT-018, DUT-VT-019).
