Operative words

This document includes listings of COVID-19 resources on workplace safety and health and related topics. It is intended as a resource and is not comprehensive.

Penalty

None (a resource list); the duty it served is 27-11-105(b)(vi) (DUT-WY-014)

What it required

Nothing of its own force: an eleven-page compilation with sections on 'Resources on Reopening Workplaces' (OSHA/State Plan; CDC/NIOSH), 'Resources on Cloth Face Coverings (not PPE) and Respiratory Protection', 'Vaccine/Vaccinations', and industry sectors (healthcare, transportation, retail and service, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, meatpacking and food processing), and listing the nine federal OSHA COVID-19 enforcement memoranda 'in effect' as of February 2, 2021 (including the May 19, 2020 'Updated Interim Enforcement Response Plan' and 'Revised Enforcement Guidance for Recording Cases').

Retrieval note

Shows the State plan's COVID-19 workplace program continuing into 2021 Q1, after the statewide business orders had begun to lift, and the federal enforcement memoranda still 'in effect'.
