Operative words
'2. Facilities providing child care services to reopen. All facilities providing child care services licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) are permitted to reopen within the State so long as all safety standards are met.... All other facilities providing child care services in the State are to remain closed, unless specifically permitted to be open in a separate Director of Health order.' '4. Facial Coverings (Masks).... Businesses must require all employees to wear facial coverings, except for one of the following reasons...' '5. Prior Director of Health Order. The Director of Health Order signed March 24, 2020 that closed facilities providing child care services is rescinded.' 'This Order shall remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on July 1, 2020.'
