Operative words

That Executive Order 04.08.20.04 shall not be extended and shall expire pursuant to its original terms on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at [11:59 P.M.]... [the provisions of EO 04.23.20.02] specifically regulating bowling alleys shall be effective immediately; that theaters shall be permitted to begin in-person operations as provided in Executive Order 04.23.20.02 effective immediately
