Notes

The winter re-tightening in Georgia took the form of holding every mandatory measure in place through the surge while the Chief Justice suspended jury trials (Dec. 22, 2020) and the Insurance Commissioner suspended preauthorization (Exs. GA-048, GA-049); PHE renewed to Jan. 8, 2021 (EO 11.30.20.01).
