Operative words

[the State of Emergency for Continued COVID-19 Economic] Recovery declared by Executive Order No. 06.30.21.01 and renewed by Executive Order 07.22.21.01, which is set to expire on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at 11:59 P.M., shall be renewed for thirty (30) days.... [and] shall terminate on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 11:59 P.M., unless it is renewed by the Governor.
