Operative words
There continues to exist a condition of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property within the State of Idaho... Accordingly, I find that there exists an extreme emergency within the State of Idaho. The state of emergency proclamation issued on March 13, 2020, and extended on March 25, 2020, continues to be in effect and is hereby extended for a period of thirty days unless terminated, modified or extended.
