Operative words
Governor Little's Stay Healthy Order, effective October 27, 2020, requires the universal use of face coverings in long-term care facilities in Idaho. The order applies to anyone who is not a resident of that facility.... Anyone who enters a long-term care facility or campus who is not a resident is required to wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth at all times.
