Operative words

The requirements of Ind. Code § 20-26-5-2 are suspended to the extent this provision requires a school to conduct a school age child care program for the current School Year.... The requirements set forth in Ind. Code § 20-34-3-20 are hereby suspended to the extent this provision requires each school corporation to conduct and report emergency preparedness drills for the School Year.
