Operative words
On October 18, 2020, at 12:01 a.m. all individuals, businesses, entities and counties in the State shall remain in Stage 5 until 11:59 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2020, unless extended, modified or rescinded by me. All directives in Executive Order 20-43 (Stage 5) are continued and extended through November 14, 2020.
