Operative words

Except as provided for in Paragraph (3) of this Subsection, no bar... shall allow for on premises consumption of any food or drinks... crowd sizes shall be limited to no more than 50% capacity as set by the State Fire Marshal with a maximum of 250 people... No establishment shall exceed 75% of the total occupancy... these provisions are effective from Friday, November 6, 2020 to Friday, December 4, 2020
