Operative words

Except as provided for in Paragraph (4) of this Subsection, no bar, with or without a food service permit from the Louisiana Department of Health, shall allow for indoor, on-premises sales or consumption of any food or drinks.... Bars shall be allowed to be open for outdoor service and consumption, but in no event can the outdoor seated capacity exceed 50 patrons in total.... [restaurants] No establishment shall exceed 50% of the total occupancy... Service and sales of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption shall only occur between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.... [athletic events] shall [not] exceed 25% of the total occupancy... [event centers] No establishment shall exceed 25% of the total occupancy or 75 people, whichever is less... crowd sizes shall be limited to no more than 25% capacity as set by the State Fire Marshal with a maximum of 75 people in any single indoor space at the same time. Crowd sizes are limited to no more than 25% capacity... with a maximum 150 people in any single outdoor space... SECTION 3: FACE COVERING ORDER... This order shall apply statewide.... SECTION 4: The Board of Elementary and Secondary Education is hereby authorized to issue a policy... [that] Local Educational Agencies may continue to follow the Phase 3 Minimum Requirements for Reopening School Facilities
