Operative words
this Proclamation is necessary to authorize the continued use of emergency powers to lead the State's response up to and including June 30, 2021, and thereafter to ensure the State's smooth and orderly transition out of the State of Civil Emergency... This Proclamation shall, pursuant to 37-B M.R.S. § 743, expire June 30, 2021 unless sooner terminated by legislative joint resolution.
