Notes
Countywide shelter-in-place by a health officer with criminal penalties, three days before the Governor's statewide order; recites that 'previous efforts to command people within the county to practice social distancing has not produced consistent enough compliance.' Husch Blackwell tracker entry of March 31, 2020 (Atlanta/Fulton County) describes the same order.
