Operative words
2.... my order dated May 14, 2021 titled 'COVID-19 Bridge Phase Mitigation Order' is hereby repealed... 3. Due to the Village not having declining COIVD-19 metrics recorded during the last 28-day period, I have determined that all individuals over the age of two (2) and able to medically tolerate a mask, regardless of vaccination status, must continue to wear masks in health care settings, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, shelters and other congregate settings, Village municipal buildings, on planes, buses, trains, other forms of public transportation, and in other transportation stations or hubs.
