Operative words

I hereby order that all individuals in the public spaces of the City of Cincinnati are required to maintain a minimum if six feet (6') of physical distance from other persons at all times, in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.... This order has the force of law and is an emergency measure issued jointly with the Cincinnati Board of Health pursuant to its emergency authority under the Ohio Revised Code. This order shall continue in effect until withdrawn or superseded by future order.

Notes

A city-wide six-foot distancing mandate in every public space, in force Mar. 17 - May 27, 2020; it governed store queues, carry-out lines, transit stops and worksites open to the public.
