Operative words

we needed to extend our Stay-at-Home order beyond April 16th. Therefore, last week, Chairman Ford signed a new proclamation pushing the date out to April 30th.... in our new proclamation, the restrictions stay largely the same with the exception of a few additions. Retailers who can offer curbside or delivery service are now allowed to do so.

Notes

Public comment: 38 citizens asked the Board to lift the order; 3 asked to remove restrictions on worship
