WHEREAS, Durham County Board of Commissioners Chair Wendy Jacobs has signed a tenth amended order adopting restrictions mandated by the Governor... I consent to the application of said Safer At Home Order, dated September 4, 2020, within the City of Durham pursuant to N.C.G.S. Sec. 166A-19.22(b)(2).... I further adopt and order the terms of said Safer At Home Order to be applicable within the portions of the City of Durham in Durham County.
