Operative words
So as not to conflict with the Ohio Department of Health Order, the City hereby rescinds Order Number 2020-EO-022 and individuals within the City shall adhere to the Ohio Department of Health Order issued on June 8, 2020, requiring facial coverings in Franklin County.
